AAA-LUX Exceeds Expectations with Precision LED Lighting
The Wahgunyah Tennis & Netball Club in Wahgunyah, Victoria, was looking for cost savings and efficiency in the installation and management of their lighting system. As home to both tennis and netball, the club had specific requirements for their new lighting system, including a requirement of 200 lux for netball and achieving the Club Competition standard for tennis.
HIGH LIGHT LEVEL ON THE TRACK WITH AS LITTLE STRAY LIGHT AS POSSIBLE
With these requirements in mind, AAA-LUX provided a design that would meet some of the most stringent requirements for stray light, ultimately resulting in higher levels of light on the track. The ability to direct light where it is needed also allowed for energy savings through dimming. The design not only provided the desired light levels, but also ensured good light distribution, uniformity and control over stray light.

The positive feedback from the Wahgunyah Tennis Club testified to the success of the upgrade. The improvement they experienced was unprecedented, with LED lighting for tennis considered excellent. Or as the Wahgunyah spokesperson put it, ‘The design and construction results confirmed that AAA-LUX is able to match and even surpass other leading suppliers within the industry.’
